            $160 Membership Fee for WTGMEA + TMEA (after Oct. 19)
       $125 Early Bird Festival Fee (postmarked before Oct. 19)

    ​   $30 WTVMEA membership to WTGMEA (because they have already joined TMEA through WTVMEA)
