    ​    $60 Membership Fee for WTGMEA + TMEA 
       $125 Early Bird Festival Fee (postmarked before Dec. 15)
       $150 Festival Fee (after Dec. 15)
    ​   $30 WTVMEA membership to WTGMEA (because they have already joined TMEA through WTVMEA)
